Pleasant experience with Dr. Woods a year ago (2023). ACTA helped confirm my diagnosis. Reaching out to them was the first domino I needed to push to get the treatment I needed and my life is a lot better because of taking the first step. ACTA set proper expectations about slow turnaround time. Many of the people who complain about it in their reviews seem to have a different expectation of how things work, but this is common at all places, I've learned.

I had a wonderful experience with ACTA. I had Dr. Woods for my intake and assessment. She immediately made me feel comfortable and did a great job throughout the testing. The follow up report was completed quickly and Dr. Woods explained the report thoroughly. She answered all my questions and was a pleasure to work with. Jessica Careaga helped initially with scheduling and insurance. She was quick to reply and verified all my insurance details swiftly. The office itself was very clean yet welcoming. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for more in-depth testing. Thank you for the great experience!

When my son needed an assessment I sought out an assessment center and decided on ACTA. Assessments were new to me and I really appreciated how friendly and informative the staff were in helping me understand the process and getting my son's assessment scheduled and completed. The staff were really good with my son and communicative about the timelines. I was so pleased that I have followed up with my middle kiddo. Thank you, ACTA, for making a stressful situation much more manageable!
