Unprofessional. After looking at her schedule, she asked what my appointment preferences were, and once I mentioned discussing that during the phone consult offered on her website, she emailed back days later saying she is booked and recommended I try someone else. (The reason I wanted to have a consult is because of a previous experience I had when the therapist had sessions in her home and she was a heavy smoker. I would leave sessions with my hair, clothing consumed with a smoke smell. It was so distracting I stopped going. I truly wanted to ensure it was a good fit for me.) Glad I found someone else who I was able to video chat with briefly, and we scheduled a session. I see why there is only 1 review from 7 months ago.
