        The HOA customer service is really awful, they don't respond to any requests and we have to reach out through posting our issues in the community dashboard for someone to pick up our complaints, They respond once and then ignore any follow-ups- Very disappointing!

        Lakeesha took over our PM role when Inframark purchased our previous PM provider. She quickly learned about our HOA needs. She is responsive to our needs and makes recommendations solutions to issues as they arise.

        So grateful to Lakeesha and the whole team at Inframark! We had a difficult issue with our HOA last year, and needed sharp eyes and diligent attention as we worked through it. Lakeesha was tireless, as was the whole team (hi, Peggy! We miss you!), and we were able to resolve the issue expediently and in accordance with our bylaws.

        LaKeesha has shown an attention to detail which is very much appreciated in our neighborhood! She offers consistency at a time when we had tremendous Board turnover and has provided great hands on training to our novice members.
