Steve was an amazing realtor. He helped me as I navigated my first home purchase and was very knowledgeable on the different areas/neighborhoods in Austin and on resell vs new build considerations. He always made the time to go to appointments with me, He timely answered my questions throughout the whole process, and was my advocate from the beginning negotiations to the very end in closing. He even gave me great contractor recs after I moved in and a sweet welcome gift. Sam really goes above and beyond and made my first home purchase a great experience! I rented from Texas Income Property for the last few years. Steve and his team have always been excellent. Any issue that needed to be taken care of was addressed immediately, the rent was very fair and the two properties I rented over that time were outstanding.
