Tried to charge us $5k damages for pre existing damages to the house even tho we documented them and then wont answer phone calls or emails to clear the debt and resolve the issue. Absurd

If I could give 0 stars, I would! Unfortunately, it's not an option here. My roommates and I had a great time living in our beautiful home, and when it came time to move out, Twelve Rivers tried to bully us into giving them thousands of dollars, and when we showed them that it was a gross overestimate of money, they are now stonewalling us and hoarding our thousands of dollars in security deposit. Despite MULTIPLE emails, calls, and pleading messages, they are choosing to be cruel and disrespectful. Such a sad sad way to end the beautiful time we had in our home.

Management is awful. Try to up and make up charges upon move out date to steal most if not all of your security deposit despite evidence that it occurred before you moved in. They never gave us mail keys and constantly fire and switch your contacts at the management so they can claim they do not have your receipts on what happened. Absolutely atrocious do not recommend living in any of their places

This management company is full of people who could care less about the renters. We were 5 24-year old woman who were renting a home from them and they are trying to keep the entirety of our security deposit + us paying $700 more on top of that. We are tidy, lovely women who would NEVER cause $6,500 of damages. Not only this, but they conviently "lost" our move-in form showing what was wrong with the house originally (luckily we found in our records). They have not been responsive or showed ANY emphathy for trying to bulldoze us. DO NOT RENT WITH THEM EVER. Over the span of 12 months, we worked with 5 different primary contacts because of their employee turnover. They were awful to speak with on the phone, and god forbid you deal with Crystal. She lacks any understanding or compromise or empathy. I cannot belive the process of living and moving out due to them seeing us as $$$$$$. We will never live in a place where they manage. Lindsay and Tanner (who doesn't work there anymore) are the rare kind ones.
