Dr. McDonnell is an amazing doctor who is extremely helpful and professional. He performed 2 separate procedures for me and I am very happy with the results and the care I received post op. His staff provided the best service and are so friendly. I have recommend his office to several people and they also have been very pleased. Highly recommend!

After talking with four different podiatrist that could even perform surgery on a broken heel, Mark put my broken heel back together with 13 screws. Literally Humpty Dumpty. 3 years later I can a run a mile daily. Couldnt recommend more.

Bunion surgery went well, but the kidner procedure was unsuccessful. 2 years later, and I am still in pain. He did not take the time to listen to the circumstances of my specific case. Instead, he attributed my symptoms to his diagnosis. I really feel like he should listen to what his patient is trying to tell him, instead of just jumping to his own conclusions.

Told me to keep toe dry and clean with soap and water. My toe wasnt healing at all and then got infected. He then said we will need to amputate it! I got a second opinion and the doctor Im seeing now has told me the complete opposite of what he had told me. Not only they have not amputated the toe but it is healing and closing up. I asked if I should go to wound care and he insisted on just using soap and water. A ER doctor severely disagreed on that and 2 other doctors said you should definitely be going to would care!! Dr. McDonnell is very lazy or just incompetent! He always spent a total of 5 minutes and then would tell me see you next week! I highly recommend that you ovoid him and see another Doctor. I used him because he worked with a Dr. Shram who has redone several knees, elbows, hips, etc. always has done a great job and have heard great reviews but Dr. McDonnell got his degree from a junior college!
