        Esteban was great. He was able to come and complete the job in 1 day, he wasnt able to get there till around 5 but stayed late to finish the job. He was very polite, answered all my questions, and was tidy.

        This visit was for our annual inspection and to get our water heater flushed. S&D is really good about alerting you when theyll arrive and good regarding their estimates of arrival time. Jason & Blaine arrived in a timely fashion and I appreciated them wearing covers on their shoes given that it was rainy outside. They did a thorough job reviewing the scope and got right to work. When they finished they reviewed the results with me and answered all of my numerous questions. That extra attention to answering and explaining is always appreciated. I highly recommend S&D for plumbing work.

        I called and texted multiple times for a simple price quote, but was refused. They want to charge $75 to tell you how much it costs to install a water heater.

      We do not quote pricing over the phone as every situation is different. We do not want to give incorrect information before know each customers circumstance. With a water heater, there can be a lot of factors that would change the pricing depending on multiple factors. We do not feel it is fair to our customers to do that. The $75 is always waived if we move forward with any work. - Brian
