What a great experience we had, our salesman Mike was awesome he was patient and took the time to walk us through our choices and really explain our options he was very knowledgable. Once we made our decision we spoke with Travis who was also helpful and knowledgable. The team that came out and pre dug the hole for the tree were courteous, respectful and incredibly fast. Delivery day was something to see, you could tell this team new what they were doing. They too were courteous, respectful and professional. They planted the tree and quickly and cleaned up after themselves. This was a great experience from beginning to end.

What started off as a great purchase experience turned sour and quickly. After purchasing 5 trees in March of 2023, they were all installed in April. The installers cut in ground tree lighting to 3 of the 5. I paid someone to come out and trouble shoot this to identify the problem, and I shared the results with MVN. It's now March of 2024 and that has not been resolved. I've done as asked every step of the way, providing photos, quotes, giving unrestricted access to my back yard, etc. I'm continually promised that the repair work will be done, but nothing happens. Now, in addition, I have 2 dead trees and one tree warranty. I cannot even get anyone to call me in order to get the trees replaced even when I know I will have to pay for another tree. If you have anything beyond a small tree purchase, I would avoid this company.

We had great service and the team of workers who dug the hole one day and then the next day planted the tree did fantastic work. Very professional and were on time.

Absolutely awful and disgusting way they do business here. Stay far away from this nursery! Absolute scammers!! The so called manager, Tray, at this place is a crook and a scammer! Watch out for him. Just do yourself a favor and go to another nursery! Dont waste your time and hard earned money here!!!!
