Such a mixed experience! Great communication, mailed in my artwork and received a scan so quickly.
Unfortunately they lost my artwork so I never got it back. I was offered a free print and they were apologetic.
Im not an exceptional artist but the piece did take me over a year. Quite upsetting really.
