I can't express enough gratitude for the exceptional care I've been receiving at this facility for a year. From the moment I walk through the doors, I feel welcomed and supported by the staff. My therapist, Monica is not only a highly skilled professional but also a compassionate individual who genuinely cares about her patients' well-being. The facility itself is immaculate, equipped with state-of-the-art equipment tailored to each patient's needs. The personalized treatment plans Monica provides me with are comprehensive and effective, allowing me to progress steadily towards recovery. What truly sets this facility apart is the atmosphere of encouragement and positivity they cultivate. Every session felt like a step forward, thanks to the encouragement and guidance of Monica and Jarod. They not only helped me regain strength and mobility but also provides invaluable support and motivation throughout my journey. They are also swift to feedback-especially Jarod! I am thrilled with the results I have been achieving during my time at the BSW Outpatient Rehab, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone in need of rehabilitation services. Thank you to the entire team for their dedication and commitment to helping patients!

UPDATE: never heard from BSW despite their note below. Went to an alternative provider for 1/5 the cost and a much better patient experience Sharon was fantastic and absolutely gave me a plan to help with my recovery. My issue is with the front of house which is completely disorganized and unprofessional. There was a lot of back and forth trying to confirm my referral and then as I was on my way to the appointment I was informed my out of pocket would be several hundred dollars for a single appointment. I explained that I wish I had known this earlier as I may have investigated some alternative options for my care and was told they could offer me a reduced rate for this initial appointment which was greatly appreciated. Flash forward six weeks and I receive a bill for several hundred dollars. I call asking for some clarification and reference the conversation I had when I was in the office before being informed I signed something that acknowledged that since I had insurance that they couldn't offer me this rate (which is weird cause they knew I was going through insurance). This was in no way explained that way when I was in their office. I decided to just take my lumps and said "ok" and then the person fielding the call just hung up on me! In no way do I think someone is trying to take advantage of me here but rather it just comes down to people not being very good at their job and this office demonstrated multiple signs that this is the case. The front of the house isn't nearly as capable or professional as the providers and that simply hurts a business like this and what people remember most. Communication and competency is so important and that seems lost here.

Everything went as planned...on time and the exercises were executed just as they should have been with Jarod showing me how to do them and very attentive to making sure they were done correctly.
