Sophia has been absolutely wonderful. She has a rare mix of compassion, extensive healing skills, patience, and optimism that have helped me so much. I can't recommend her highly enough.

I've been to a lot of PTs for running-related treatments, and Sophia is hands down the best I've visited. What sets her apart is how client-oriented she is and that she's eager to listen to client feedback and will adapt if you feel like something isn't working. She's also an expert at a wide array of treatment options which is rare to find among PTs, so no matter the therapy you want to use, she'll likely be trained in it.

Sophia is a fantastic physical therapist. She is knowledgeable and compassionate, and she truly cares about her patients. I had been to several other physical therapists before I found Sophia, but she was the only one who was able to help me get back to my normal activities. I have been a loyal patient of hers ever since.

Sophia is a great PT ! I got to her practice with a horrible neck injury and she worked patiently with me for months until the issue was resolved. She knows many different techniques and she applies them depending on your pain level and tolerance. I highly recommend her !
