Dr. Jessica is incredible. I found my way to her after a repeated back injury. As a person with cerebral palsy who spent years in physical therapy as a child, I was terrified to see another PT and was worried that I wouldn't be heard or that my limits and my body wouldn't be respected. Dr. Jessica (and her receptionist!) listened to my concerns and my history with kindness and compassion. I felt safe walking into the office. Walking out of my first appointment, I felt so much relief. Dr. Jessica works to make sure her clients feel a connection between their brains and their bodies. With her help, I'm learning to trust myself. I can confidently say that that I feel empowered to care for my physical body for the first time in my life because I have the right supports in place. I am so grateful.

Visited Dr. Warnecke for pelvic floor therapy after experiencing recurring UTIs/flares. I was at a complete loss and accepted the routine of teledoc and antibiotics as my new normal. After explaining my situation to Dr. Warnecke, she gave me several physical exercises as well as mental! I looked forward to all of our visits and always left feeling a little bit more confident. I finally feel like I am out of the woods all thanks to her! Cannot recommend her enough!!

Dr. Jessica truly cares about her clients and their successes. It is clear in the way she presents herself, celebrates her client's wins and is available for continuous support. I highly recommend working with her and I trust that anyone she hires is vetted through the same compassionate yet candid lens she uses in her approach.

Stella Tsui was an amazing PT that helped me recover from near debilitating sciatica. She was quick to identify the underlying issue that was causing my nerve pain. She's very patient, friendly, and great for conversation when she has you holding a stretch or working out knots in your muscles. I would highly recommend her if you want a quick recovery and pleasant experience.
