image Sent duplicate of one child when ordered and receipt shows one order separately for each child. Messed with youngest hair and made it look worse in photo.
I have changes and updated to make more brief of what occurred and wanted to update higher stars and that corporate came through for me and got my order correct and mailed correct photos and surprisingly was able to fix my kids hair. Thanks for coming through for me.

image SCHOOL DISTRICTS PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!!! This is the MOST UNORGANIZED school photography company Ive EVER dealt with! When I reached out to our school administrator about the photo issues below, she said they even lost her own childs photo, yet when I spoke to customer service, THE SUPERVISOR claimed losing photos was a rare occurrence for them!!! Yeah right!!!! I, alone, had to reach out to them SEVERAL times about the two separate incidents below:
1. When seniors had their photos made (beginning of November), a senior approached me because her photo would not show up when scanning the QR code. I called the photo company for her, to let them know. I called for WEEKS, and I was escalated to supervisors several times because nobody could find her photos. They even questioned if she showed up for the photos. Of course the student did, she wouldnt make something like that up, and how would she get her QR code??? FINALLY about two weeks ago (February) they found the photos and made them available to her.
2. My sons photo. He went to get his picture made the day of retakes (Feb. 5th; he missed in the fall due to a band activity) I have contacted them to see about ordering the photo. They cannot find it. They cannot find it by name, by grade, by last name. They asked me to SEND THEM a photo of my son so that they can compare it to other photos that THEY dont have names for, in hopes of finding my sons photo. This morning they sent me a random kids photo asking me to verify if that was my son (it wasnt). Is this even legal? To be just randomly emailing kids photos to strangers because they are unorganized? Again they questioned if my son even took the photo, of course he did! How else would he get his QR code, which produces NOTHING when scanned. When I told the supervisor that the photo she sent me was not my child she said Thanks for clarifying. Unfortunately, we do not have a photo of your student. Yes you do, youre just an unorganized business and cant find it!! School photos and yearbooks are a tradition for my family. I am not letting this go; we are still going back and forth, but I wanted everyone to be aware that being unorganized is not a rare occurrence for this company.
This company just aint it.

image I ordered photos for my 3 kids and the whole process was terrible.
1. No proofs. Had to pay for the photos, cross my fingers and hope for the best.
2. Ordering online for multiple children is a hassle. I had to go through the entire process three separate times and pay for each one individually.
3. The quality is horrible. In my youngests, she is not even centered in the picture. My seconds hair bow is sliding off the side of her head and her hair is a mess, definitely not taken first thing in the morning. The photos are dark like no flash was used. I am truly disappointed that these are the photos I spent money on and embarrassed to pass them out to family members.
