I strongly urge you NOT to have your photos developed at this location for the below reasons: 1) A number of my photos were trimmed with ragged edges or with a noticeable white edge (see attached). My 8x10 was trimmed with the incorrect dimensions. 2) When I was given my photos, 164 4x6s them were crammed into a single small photo envelope (see attached). The employee did not think to divide them into multiple envelopes. I had to ask her for additional envelopes so I could divide them up myself. She also handed my 5x7s and "8x10" to me barehanded without any kind of envelope, expecting me to carry them out as-is. When I asked her for larger envelopes, she said there were none and turned to the next customer while I was still speaking and explaining that this was not acceptable. This was extremely unprofessional. 3) I received a notification that the photos were ready for pick up the day before, and upon arrival, the photos were not actually ready. The employee appeared to be trimming them before giving them to me. This, I had to wait quite a while for my photos. This does not sound like "ready" to me. 4) In general, she was dismissive to other customers. No attempt to professionally handle the large number of people waiting for her help. No attempt to explain anything. Just utterly bizarre, appalling customer service. Since the photo center is in the electronics section, I would actually recommend avoiding Electronics all together if you need assistance. You'd be better off not receiving any at all, trust me.
