Bob is an upright, honest tradesman that I find harder and harder to come across these days. He patched the hole torn by a raccoon in our chimney with metal, and meticulously painted it so its barely noticeable from a distance. Did the same thing for two other sides and sealed our vents as well. He even gave me a discount as he finished the job faster than expected. What else can one ask for?

I normally dont give reviews but bob showed up in 30 mins on a Saturday afternoon after I found his number through google. I had a baby rattle snake in my garage and I have a major phobia of any reptiles. He was very nice and even went ahead and checked my whole garage( every single corner of it) to make sure there wasnt any other snake in it. He did capture the one I saw so that was a hugeeee relief!
Thank you bob for taking care of it in such short notice. Definitely Recommend him.

Bob was terrific! He helped me with a raccoon problem. That darn thing had chewed a huge hole in my siding and was having a party in my attic! Now the raccoon is gone and my home is hole free and all for an extremely reasonable price! I couldnt be more pleased.

Bob, the owner of A.C.E, is the best. We had an issue with raccoons trying to break into our attic space via the roof so I called him up and left a voicemail. He got back to me within 30 mins and set up an appointment to come and take a look the next day. He arrived on time and within minutes of his inspection he identified the problem and proposed a solution. He explained what he thought we needed to do and at the same time what we DIDN'T need to do which always tells me I'm dealing with a honest tradesman who is not looking to add "extras" people don't need. He showed up on time every day to complete the work and the end result is fantastic. Our house is now raccoon proof and the areas that he worked on look much better than before the raccoons showed up! He has a great attention to detail which results in quality work at a very reasonable price.
He warrantied his work for five years and though I am certain that we won't need to call on the warranty it is a great touch and brings peace of mind. On top of everything else, he is very personable, smart and a genuinely nice man.
