Update: Mark called ahead, let me know the plan on arrival, and competently sprayed inside and out--friendly and professional as always! Update: Brandon was friendly, professional, attentive to detail, and effective. Some of the hornet/wasp nests he found I would have never located. Brandon exemplifies why I switched to Moxie for pest control. William was on-time, friendly, and thorough...highly recommend!

Excellent service. This company provides great pest service and has very friendly pest personnel. I feel respected and cared for by the technicians that have come to take care of our home. The billing service works on my schedule and they are very understanding and prompt with keeping up with our service.

This company is by far the worst communicators I have dealt with. I recently had Moxie out for an inspection for pest and rodents . The inspector deemed that there was activity and was very eager to offer his solution to my husband . They called me at work to discuss and made it sound as if the process was smooth and easy . I was offered a flex scheduling discount to book in their time which I did for the following week . Day of service I received a call from the tech letting me know he was running behind that they were over booked and he would be coming around noon. By 3 nobody had shown up and we had not received a call. I was able to get a hold of a supervisor who stated he would have a crew at my place in 15 minutes if I was still ok with it . His crew came and were at my house until 9 pm and did not complete the job . They said they would be back the next day . Once again nobody showed up . After multiple calls again was able to schedule the second half . Second half was completed today for the technician to tell us that the original inspector missed a separate section of our attic and I will need to schedule a new appointment and pay the additional cost associated with this . During this week long process I paid upfront almost $10,000 to get this job done a decided to take advantage of their interest free loan. I was told the reversal charge would take 2-3 days here we are on day 5 and no reversal or word from them. Do not fall for the sales pitch this company does not care about customer satisfaction!
