I called for an inspection on Thursday (my call records show it was a 3 minute call at 11:01am). Gave all my contact info and my tenant's contact info. I was told they would call my tenant to set up an inspection for Friday or Monday. My tenant never got a call. I called them on Monday afternoon and they didn't even have me in their system, "sorry about that someone must have forgotten to enter it". Call management is terrible and made me look bad to my tenant.

Highly recommend. We worked with Ali and he was very professional and responsive. We had ringtail cats that got into our attic after having our roof replaced and one of them got inside our house. Ali helped us out right away and even come out on the weekend to remove the cat from inside our house. Service: General wildlife removal
