Lone Star Pediatric Dental & Braces

Really efficient dentist office. There seemed to be a lot going on but the staff was great. We really liked the games and things for kids to do while they waited for their name to be called. Once called it was a well oiled machine, and I love that everyone empowered my son by asking him questions before moving forward. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff.

If I could rate with no star I would , the worst dentist office I have been through seems to be a bet in or unorganized the receptionist rosemary was very rude when calling in last week to try to schedule my children she asked me who sent me instead of greeting me. I assumed after she asked me that she was discriminating. I spoke with manager reported her he reassured me that he would talk to her and that the company treats everyone equally. Then I rescheduled to take my kids in when I came for today 6/30/23 it was a lot of people standing around the workers in the back was all over the place. The receptionist took forever to check me and my son in we got there at 10:59am and the appointment was at 11:00am it ended up being 11:30am while we were waiting then I finally went up to the front to give the receptionist my ID and insurance card for my son she got up and told me to hold on and then sat back down still didnt assist me correctly she couldnt speak very much English I tried to help her out with the spelling of my sons name she was still having a hard time finding his information as I was talking to her there was another older lady with glasses that came up in approached and they started having side conversations which was very rude so I told the receptionist was that i had been waiting and I would like if she would continue to assist me so that my son didnt get counted late so there was another lady that came from the back she was very nice she said that her sister was a manager and she came reassurance me that they were going to take care of me and as Im in the waiting room with my kids and newborn it was extremely hot in the front it didnt look like a clean environment and the staff is unprofessional I wouldnt say all but some of the ones that was in the front. I never experienced a dentist office that was so unprofessional like this it was ridiculously unprofessional and I am going to contact higher authorities because I am able to go where I feel in please and will get treated equally not being discriminated against. I shouldve know if the receptionist was rude then the whole company is unprofessional but I tried to give them the benefit of doubt especially after speaking with management. (If you are use to being dealing with professional companys and not being discriminated against DONT GO HERE) normally you would have people that would just post a review because there upset but I am very honest communicative/understanding person) I gave them two chances and they were discriminated over the phone and in person especially ROSEMARY

I had a really great experience at this office. The check in staff was very attentive and took care of me right away. The whole process was very quick and thorough. I definitely recommend this office.

Rosemary was very sweet and helpful while scheduling and got us in right away. The staff were all polite and made my nervous kiddo feel at ease during the visit. Overall very happy with their services.
