I had a horrible experience in this store on 4/2/24 at around 2:25-2:30 pm with an an old African American lady with short hair that works there when I had first walked inside the store she rushed to me and said the kids are not allowed to walk on the floor had to be in the car then she just proceed to follow us around and every time I picked up something shell tell me it was not for sale when I could clearly see the price tag then shell be giving me and my son nasty looks and make racist comments . I couldnt anymore so I left because I didnt feel comfortable shopping in that store ,IM NOT COMING BACKK!!

I am relieved to hear that I am not the only one who had a bad experience with an older woman at this store. My unpleasant experience occurred while checking out at a self-service kiosk. The older woman, who was not working at the register asked me if I had found everything I needed, to which I politely responded yes, thank you. However, when she asked me the same question for a second time, she raised her voice and spoke to me in a disrespectful tone. I initially thought that her age might be causing her to be senile, but then she asked me if I was done with my transaction as if I was going to steal something. I felt extremely uncomfortable after that encounter. I believe that this particular customer service representative needs to work on her communication skills and learn how to adopt a more professional tone while interacting with customers.

The older woman at this store is very rude and has a nasty attitude. Her attitude is affecting and made my pop shelf experience horrible. This woman is the manager at the store and she needs to work on her social skills to make it a comfortable store to shop at.
