Worst experience ever will never try and rent from again! He was demanding payment for a bounce house that was dropped off a day early without anyone home. Horrible experience

I highly recommend using Lonestar Moonwalk! I had phone and email correspondence with them from scheduling, to payment, delivery and pickup - all so EASY! Very professional and friendly. My kids loved this rental.

Try 512Bounce before booking with them. Very disappointed with service. They were suppose to deliver before 12pm. I called at 11:50a.m because it was raining and wanted to know policy with rain. I was told I could cancel and that they were going to deliver to another house and then they would deliver to me. It was 10 minutes to 12:00pm and they were going to deliver to another house? They didnt set up and have everything ready to go until 4:30 p.m. The next day pick up was between 8-12. They picked up the water slide at exactly 8. Knowing they could have given me more time given they didnt set up until 4 hours passed the original time. Over all they were very expensive will never use again, 512Bounce has same options and less expensive.

I reserved a noon drop off time with this company yesterday for my sons 4th birthday at our house.. this was going to be the highlight of the party. The guy that runs this operation showed up at 11:15 and after texting me and calling once he left because I had run an errand left my phone at home and called when I got back at 11:30 I called to make sure everything was okay he proceeded to tell me that he had another client that he needed to get to in Kyle and because of poor management and time planning he was cancelling our order. I dont see how this business is reliable and functioning. He then responded blaming me for not answering my phone and that it was not going to affect his business that day. I would never consider giving this company any business or recommending this place to anybody. Even though he intended to ruin our party I was able to get a last minute bouncy house for 50$ cheaper at Austin moonwalks and they literally saved my sons party and the kids had the best time!
