This was a second opinion visit for us and both my husband and I knew immediately that Dr. Elenz was our guy. He was informative, patient and gave us the information we needed to move forward with a plan for our son.

Called in to see if they have an appointment. They didn't ask me what i needed it for and proceeded to ask me about my insurance. I asked them if we could first see what time and physician and location appts were available they kept probing for insurance. Now I am 43 years old and have been to many many many clinics, doctors, hospitals and physicians and never had such a rude and unempathic person 'greeting' me. When I said I wanted to be at the south austin location, they proceeded to tell me that was for PT only and that I had to go to locations further away. So why ask me for my insurance information when we haven't established that I am going to using your services and that they'd be convenient for both me and the physician. So when I said 'I can't' the 'greeter' hung up. JUST HUNG UP ON ME. I am glad I am not working with this clinic.

Just wish I could schedule my surgery for 9 July now instead of having to wait since I have decided to get it done. Other than that, I love this place and the people who work there. The best!!!

Friendly staff. Excellent physician. Had appt and waited in waiting room for over 90 min with no explanation. Then when in exam room waited another 30 min before seeing Dr.
