Save yourself some time and DONT ever schedule an appointment for this specific location. The receptionist was extremely CONDESCENDING and overall rude . I had made 4 appointments total for me and my siblings 2 weeks prior our scheduled appointment date . Only to walk in and have the lady at the desk say that she had to cancel my appointments because her manager wasnt there (makes no sense) . After us going back and fourth she kept on bringing up the fact my dad didnt speak English I left .

Very dissatisfied with the office, the customer service, the call center, the non existent managers. This is beyond the worst place of business I've ever seen. Not only can I never get a hold of anyone at this office, the "messages" for management to call back never happened. I've stopped by this office a few times and a manager is never there. I've been waiting over 3 months. On top of them taking my full payment for Ortho. As well as accepting payment from insurance. Apparently the call center also has no management. Not sure how that's even possible. Can't seem to get any help from anyone at this point.

Pretty sure this place isnt even open anymore. Tried the entire school year to get ahold of someone and nobody ever answered. Went in person a few moments ago, the hours are scraped off the door and the building is locked. If they are open, who knows what hours. I think because of this frustration, Ive completely wasted my money on dental insurance this year and wont be paying for it next year. Thats how fed up I am with this place.

Fraud alert! Do not go! The wife and I made an appointment for a cleaning. From the start they wanted new patient info. They wanted us to send a picture of both our IDs and insurance card to a phone number the front counter lady wrote for us. Did that then was told that we were supposed to email it to them not text it. WHO'S NUMBER DID WE JUST SEND THAT TO? When asked about it they just shrugged and said that's not how they do it and they don't know. Now we both waited 2 hours. They call us. They rush and x-ray us like crazy. Take us to a back area where we wait about 45min. I hear my wife talking in the other area while I fell asleep waiting. The doctor wakes me up and moves me again. They talk and talk about me around me but not to me. Finally she sits down and basically tells me she (the doctor) doesn't have time to do a cleaning but my x-rays show that I need $7500 of work after insurance. I laugh out loud in her face at this. I am then forced to sign a bunch of paperwork. I ask multiple times if I'm being charged for the cleaning. I'm reassured that I am not. I met my wife out in the lobby and her eyes are huge. We walked out and the same thing happened to her! We just got the bill and we are being charged for cleaning plus other things we have no idea about. And of course we can't get ahold of anyone on the phone. Lovely.
