Dr Shedloskey is awesome. He is very caring and talked me through the procedure. His assistant Erica was awesome. Very warm and caring. Put me at ease. They work great as a team. I would recommend this office and Dr Shedloskey to everyone .

I went to Lonestar(Dr. Shedlosky) to extract one of my wisdom teeth. He suggest me to extract the other wisdom teeth which has no problem at all and I accepted it. After he extracted both wisdom tooth, I have really bad pain in the one which he suggested to extract. I called emergency line at Lonestar clinic for it, but Dr. Shedloskey didn't call back. After two hours I call emergency line again and ask operator to connect me to him immediately because I had really bad pain. After that operator call him and he asked to visit me next day. On visit, he saied everything is normal. I was still at pain. A week later, I went to second visit and he just look at my tooth without any X-ray. In all of these days I feel pain for one of wisdom teeth and think something is in the hole of it. Finally I took out a piece of gauze that was there from extraction day by tiny brush and he didn't find it in none of his visit after extraction. After two weeks in pain, I called again emergency line to talk to him. He didn't call me back for three hours. I called Lonestar office and asked to make appointment for another dental surgent, but she told me that it is against their policy which patient change their dentist. I really upset from Lonestar office and Dr. Shedlosky. What is the purpose of emergency line if they are not call back? Why he didn't take x-ray after extraction? Why he din't take out gauze after two visits? And why I'm still in pain for one of my wisdom teeth after two weeks of extraction? The picture is inner chick staff which come from my teeth
