Austin Vision Center has great customer service. The lab managed to get my challenging prescription correct the first time. It would be nice if they had some Saturday hours for ease of doing business.

Dr. Tien Pham is an excellent optometrist. He spends plenty of time with patients, is extremely thorough in making sure eyes are healthy as well as determining which solutions are best (glasses, contacts, cheaters.). Anyone looking for a new Dr, I highly recommend Dr. Pham at Austin Vision Center. His staff are exceptional too!

I adore AVC! A friend recommended them to me and it was such a great experience. Deanna (sorry if this is the wrong spelling) at the front desk is warm, professional, friendly and fantastic. Dr. Pham is extremely kind, knowledgeable and attentive to details. I've gone to the several eye doctors over the years and he's the first to diagnose my actual eye issues accurately and I'm immensely grateful, as I had no idea before and now I can actually do something about it that will actually help. Can't say enough good things! Highly recommend.
