I had a back blinker light out. Dustin and Steve were very kind to fix this for me. They had to replace the socket as well. Very patient men. I'll be back. Thank you, Jiffy Lube

I have been having issues with my car and took it to various mechanics, all charged me for a diagnostic test just to tell me they didnt know what was wrong. Came to jiffy to have it looked at, Dustin the master mechanic was so sweet and helpful! He ran some test, explained what each code meant and was the only person to actually figure out what was wrong with my car. All of this within 5-10 min of being there! I was so impressed and thankful Dustin took the time to educate me (i know nothing about cars and wanted to learn more about what was under the hood) and break everything down for me to easily understand. After doing that, I needed an oil change and Bobby was so quick changing the oil and even vacuumed my car for me! True VIP treatment here. This will now be my new shop for all of my car needs Thank you both so much

I went to the Manchaca location (9919 Manchaca Rd, Austin Tx.) and the MOD told me that they cant service my car because the last time i went there to that same location the tide the oil plug way to much and they were not able to fix it and that i should go to a different location and leave the property. While i was still inside my car i ask her to please fix the problem they created and she said that they cant do it and that i should leave, i told her i wasnt leaving until they fix it or give me a solution and she end up calling the cops on me saying i was agressive, wich i wasnt! I was just mad and frustrated that she wasnt taking full responsability of what they did.
After this happend i went to the lakeway location (11426 ranch road fm 620) and they were able to service my car and the manager there (Stephen) told me that there was nothing wrong with my car!
I would like to let you know that this happen and that i dont think its ok to call the cops on your customers !
Big shot out to all your ranch road staff! They are great!
