        I have called several times about getting a quote for my vehicle. The person who answers has an attitude ( like I am bothering him to ask for information) and the calls are not returned. I was recommenced here because of what I hear about the great service, but the customer service is not good.

        These guys always do a great job on my car. I have a 2012 Nissan Sentra there have been several repairs that have been done. I appreciate it on being flexible, upfront, and understanding to those in difficult financial situations. I give a big thanks to Rob and Andrew for being so helpful which always has myself and anyone I know needing auto repair coming back through the years.

        Sadly service has diminished from the previous time using OTS. Cannot even get a reasonable valid quote without being given a hard time by someone who appears to have animosity at needing to give a customer a call back. That's the point of voice mail...

      Thank you, Jared, for this feedback and we're sorry to hear this was your experience. However, upon reviewing this with the service writer you spoke with, I feel further context is needed. They may have misunderstood your intention with requesting an estimate based on what sounds like your own diagnosis of the vehicle issue, but they were happy to field your request regardless of that. They contacted you based on a missed call, which is customary as there was no voicemail associated with the missed call.Now, if you'd like to get an estimate... I'd be happy to assist you with this personally, in person if you like. The one caveat is that the verbal abuse and expletives you used previously with our service writer, WILL NOT be tolerated by me. I have a zero tolerance policy for such behavior. If that doesn't suit you, then we're sorry we couldn't be of further service and wish you well.
