        Before the pandemic, we have leased a small office here. Very clean, reception was always courteous. Good network speed. Never had problem.

        These guys have been auto billing me even though I tried to cancel my month to month in March! They are now adding late fees even though they are still auto billing - how does that work? They keep making excuses and refuse to refund me stay away from these people and this company. no one is empowered to do anything, its all corporate run but they just bounce you around on the phone. Seriously, you are better off working at the library or under the highway than working with them. RUN! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

        Stay away - may work well for large companies but they will screw the individuals - over bill and fake month to month contracts that are impossible to cancel. The local people have no power and corporate is terrible. Really bad
