Dont waste your time. They responded promptly and I spent almost a half hour doing an intake interview for my son and was told someone would get us the paperwork the next day. Weeks went by and each time I called I was told that the paperwork would be coming the next week. This went on for weeks and Ive still had no follow up despite 5 calls. Totally unprofessional.

My son spent 18 months in speech and social-emotional therapy at ACS and we are so thankful for the progress he made. It is evident that they truly care about their clients. I have witnessed a number of challenging situations in the waiting room and watched the ACS staff treat each client with dignity and kindness even in the most stressful situations. We are grateful to have found ACS, and highly recommend them!

Austin Communication Station is the BEST place for therapy! My daughter attended for 7 years receiving various therapies and her progress was amazing! The owner cares so much about every kid and makes sure they get all the therapy they need. Amy helped us navigate through insurance's denial of services. This is our second home and we still keep in touch with all the therapists as they are our family who helped my daughter grow and become who she is now. Every single therapist who works here CARES about your child and his/her progress and gives their best to ensure a positive outcome! Highly recommend this place!

My boys have been going to ACS for a long time now and therapists and staffs there are very friendly. Amy is so awesome! She cares about my boys and know what therapy plans to put them on. I recommended this place to any parent who need speech or occupational therapy for their children.
