Best physical therapy I ever had! Therapy and exercises are designed specifically for my back and spine issues. I have been to several physical therapists and this is the only one that has actually helped me.

While recovering from a spine fusion operation, I tried several PT specialists with disappointing results. Since then, Ive been doing physical therapy with Dr Daniel Masters at CORE THERAPY & PILATES. Ive been pleased with my progress. Each PT session is preformed solely by Dr. Masters giving me his full attention and guidance. After seeing my progress, my wife has started PT sessions for her arthritic knee with Dr Masters. Two thumbs up for CORE THERAPY & PILATES.

I feel joy at Core Physical Therapy and Pilates. Physical therapy with Dr. Andy has helped me with knee, ankle, wrist, hip, lower back, and neck pain. I'm very thankful for the amazing workout classes with passionate instructors that deepens my understanding of movements. Both PT and the classes have helped me manage pain, strengthen weak areas, and relieve tight muscles. I've noticed an improvement in my strength, flexibility, health, body awareness, and more. Coming to core helps me become a better Pilates instructor, learning about my own body and observing the hands-on queuing and modifications of the detailed instructors around me. The concepts that I learn from Core helps me share movement with my Pilates students. Last, but not least, Hannah's cheerful greeting at the front desk is like icing on a cake. She is helpful and professional in answering my questions. Thank you to all the wonderful staff at CORE for helping me feel better after physical therapy and/or a group class.

I just started doing Pilates becausea friend of mine told me she loved it. Also I have a herniated disc and was told itcould help with that. Then I happened to meet my neighbor at a party--Cheryl--the owner of CORE Therapy & Pilates. I usually dislike exercise but force myselfto do it. I startedtaking private pilates lessonswith Cheryl and actually looked forwardto it! The time went by so fast and I felt great afterwards--even during. My back doesn't hurt as much at all. It's obvious that Cheryl really enjoys what she does and all of the people there have a smile on their face. How rare is that? Employees and customers satisfied--no, actually more than satisfied with their experience. It's a very family friendly environment withCheryl's 2 dogs there to greet you. I highly recommend CORE Therapy & Pilates! PS They also have physical therapy with Cheryl's husband Stephen. A great team! Highly recommend!
