        Office is very clean and staff are friendly however I booked with a NP and she had an assistant with her who seemed to be newer. I wasnt told this when i booked the appt. She got the device they use to do the pap stuck and couldnt remove it. I dont believe it was her fault and they said it was likely a malfunctioning device, however, it wasnt a very pleasant experience. And I would think they wouldnt keep malfunctioning devices around. A little bit traumatic and I likely wouldnt book with the NP next time.
