The online scheduling system booked me an appointment for today to donate (Saturday), but I got here and it's closed. Seems they run a bad operation. Waste of 30 minutes round trip driving.

The service was very poor. I left work all this way just to know that if we didn't reach 5 minutes before the appointed time, the system would not register me. At least LET US KNOW. GIVE US SOME INFO. When I reached their, I was getting registered by one of the volunteers and a worker came and told me that I could not even donate blood and had to reschedule for another day... Just because I was 5 minutes late. I can't post this without giving it a star, but if I could, I would give this 0 stars. Such a waste of my time.

I donated "Power Red" today at this location. The donation was very easy and the person that did my IV was clearly talented, it was quick and easy and almost entirely painless. Although the donation area is pretty small, the staff there are incredibly friendly and they keep the waiting area stocked with great snacks. I had a wonderful experience donating here and will definitely be back in the future. Thanks to the team here for creating such a great atmosphere at the facility and making me feel welcome!!
