Got a cold call about a listing of mine, they asked for a zoom meeting to present an offer and explain the process. They never showed up to the Zoom meeting. I called the main number on the website and said this number is not valid. Then called another number i found in fine print and said no one is available good bye.

They called me to make an offer on my listing. No offer but a none-sense presentation about procedures that made no sense for my customers/sellers. I have no idea what they are trying to do. It seems to me that they have weak and uneducated employees trying to make calls about an industry they have no understanding about.

DO NOT USE THEM they have put our family into financial stress that cant be undone due to lack of communication, raising prices at closing without disclosing.

Tim did our pre- approval and had it to us in an extremely fast and professional manner. We also worked with Louis on our home loan in 2020. He did an excellent job with our loan communicating and everything went smoothly ! Very thorough and efficient lending company!!
