Brooke Payne and her team were phenomenal throughout the entire home shopping process. Our search had a few twists and turns and Brooke was there for every single one to guide us and support us until we reached the finish line. Something I really appreciate is her "worst case scenario" mindset. The last thing we would want is to be given a false sense of how the numbers could shake out. Instead, Brooke underpromised and over delivered in a time where the Austin market and home buying in general can be daunting to say the least. Even if it was late on a Friday night, Brooke was there to talk us through and provide us with options. I highly recommend her team and express our sincere gratitude.

Brooke was such a pleasure to work with! As first time home buyers we didnt know much about the process, and Brooke was so patient with explaining everything to us. She was also able to help us put together offers so quick and efficiently, and closed really fast when we went under contract. Were so lucky to have found her!
