There'a reason for all the 5 star reviews here. Highly recommend Josh for your mortgage needs. Be it matching rates, giving incentives, answering questions - he is excellent. I noticed not everyone had a 5 star positive experience with guaranteed rate in general, but my experience with guaranteed rate throughout my closing process has been nothing short of great. 5/5 would do business with them again.

My wife and I recently retired from the East Coast to the Austin Texas area, we sold our home of twenty-eight years and were not really in the market for another home just yet.
