We had a time difference of two hours but Joey never hesitated to be available to answer questions, communicate the next steps and made sure everything was funded in time for us to get into the home we purchased before shcool began. Joey continuously demonstrated tremendous leadership and dedication throughout our process. I have worked with several lenders in my life, but none with the type of empathy for people and joy for his craft as Joey. His experience, and education, gives him the ability to think outside the box when faced with any challenge without ever losing sight of his clients best interest. Joey is not only unique, but consistently exceeds expectations; you will have a hard time finding a more likable or understanding individual. I consider Joey to be the best of the best, truly outstanding among his peers.

If I could leave this man 10 stars I would. I've never encountered a more responsive human being. His level of communication alone is worth the 5 stars. I wish we could replicate Joey in all fields of expertise because the world would be a fine tuned machine with a bunch of happy people on it. Seriously, this guy knew what I needed before I did and would call me at the exact moment I needed him, no joke. I never had to look for him or wait for call backs or wonder how the loan process was going, refreshing to say the least. I was always up to speed with everything going on. And that's just the communication part. Lets talk about the loan process. I've purchased several homes in my life and most have been extremely stressful, lots of frustrating moments, so many moving parts, but this man had it all together at ALL times. Any question I had was answered clear and explained thoroughly. I actually learned more from this purchase than all other purchases combined. My expectation from previous purchases was to get ready because this is going to be a long painful process, but, I have to say, I was shocked how easy this purchase was. The day I received the call from him and he said, "that's it, you are good to go!", I was really surprised because I thought I had so much more I needed to do, but he is a master at what he does and things were done once and done right. Nothing unclear, no stone unturned, all options looked into, until he found the best option for me. He actually cared, rare indeed. He was a true pleasure to work with and I will never use anyone else other than Joey. I HIGHLY recommend you use this man, he is very much an expert in his field AND a genuinely good dude.
