Brooke Payne and her team were phenomenal throughout the entire home shopping process. Our search had a few twists and turns and Brooke was there for every single one to guide us and support us until we reached the finish line. Something I really appreciate is her "worst case scenario" mindset. The last thing we would want is to be given a false sense of how the numbers could shake out. Instead, Brooke underpromised and over delivered in a time where the Austin market and home buying in general can be daunting to say the least. Even if it was late on a Friday night, Brooke was there to talk us through and provide us with options. I highly recommend her team and express our sincere gratitude.

11/10 for CMG Financial. They go above and beyond - out of their way - to support their clients. We had the pleasure of working with Brooke Payne on the purchase of our first home. Our relator recommended that we use CMG Financial, and it was beyond a doubt the best experience. We can honestly say we would not be homeowners without them. A short time before closing, I landed a new dream job, which was exciting, but complicated our closing. Most other lenders would have likely dropped us and we would have lost the house, but Brooke and her team went out of their way to see us through. They are not only extremely supportive, but they personalized our experience, celebrating our wins with us. They were patient, supportive, and helpful with every question as first home owners. I closed on a house in March, 2022 in Austin with AMAZING support from Brooke Payne and CMG mortgage. I cannot say enough great things about my interactions with Brooke. Brooke is a professional beyond compare.
She works round the clock to make sure no query is left unanswered; we had to rush to make a couple of offers and she aggressively turned around every one of our requests so quickly! She operates with a high degree of transparency and quickly builds trust with you, your realtor team, the title company etc. In our case, she was able to get us an amazing rate by shopping around with multiple investors. When we changed our mind on our down payment amount, she gave us multiple options and exit strategies. She and her team communicated extremely well - we knew exactly what was happening every step along the way. We felt like we had someone on our side fighting for us and wanting the best for us.
I consider myself lucky to have crossed paths with Brooke. She is exactly what we needed on this bonkers of a housing market in Austin. Cannot recommend her enough! She is the real deal.
