I loved working with David, and he made my first homebuying process very smooth! He was helpful and patient with answering all of my questions and did a great job explaining my different loan options and preparing me for what finances would look like owning a condo. David is an exemplary professional who provides everything his customer needs, and is extremely knowledgable in all things loan/mortgage related. I was referred to him by my real estate broker, Cody Julian (whom I also highly recommend), when the mortgage I was trying to assume fell through. I thought that the deal would be done and there was no hope to getting my home but David completely saved the day. I am forever grateful for his help-he helped me achieve my dream of being a first time home buyer in my 20s as a single woman/public school teacher!!! He is very communicative and always put my mind at ease whenever I had questions or concerns, and explained things in a way that made sense for someone who is not in this field. He went out of his way for me and had lots of patience while I navigated this foreign process. He was able to lock in a rate that was affordable for me, and always made sure to keep my own personal finances in mind which is extremely important for me as a public school teacher. David was a friend of a friend so I wasnt sure what kind of service I would get, but David met and exceeded any expectations I could have set. He went out of his way to explain things to me as a first time homebuyer and had tons of patience. He had clear communication and was easily contactable at all times. He communicates well with the team and is very timely. I would recommend David to anyone asking about brokers/lenders!
