Michael and his teammate, Sara were amazing to work with. We started chatting with Michael about 6-8 months before we made our home purchase and he was incredibly helpful and informative. During our first few meetings, he gave us great tips to make sure we were in a good position come time to make our move. When it came time to purchase, Michael was available and responsive, especially during the offer stage when we had to make really quick decisions. All the way through to closing he helped us, first time homebuyers, along the way and answered the nonstop questions we threw his way. He and Sara absolutely made this process so much less stressful than we expected and we absolutely recommend them to anyone. I also happen to work in the Real Estate industry (previously working the contract to close process) so I have encountered hundreds of lenders and I can confidently say Michael is one of the best I’ve encountered. My colleague (and Realtor who represented us) was extremely impressed and made it a point to chat about how exceptional Michael’s service was. We couldn’t be happier!
