I was connected to Aaron for a mortgage on a home purchase. Purchasing a home can be a stressful and confusing process; but, Aaron was incredibly thorough, informative and professional. He mapped out multiple scenarios that would work for us and was able to explain everything in a clear and concise way. I absolutely recommend him as a mortgage broker! Katherine Furley and her team are truly attentive, sensitive, and professional. They've made the transition back into home ownership an easy one for my husband and I. Our realtor assured us of a pre-qualify letter when we sold our home. She recommended Carson, and we did everything asked of us. We had one issue that came up regarding our son, when we co-signed for an apartment for him. He left some property damage- that we paid for. The company Cortland refused to take it off, even when we clearly paid it. Guild did nothing to suggest how to get rid of it, and help us. We had no debt, just a ping that we proved was paid. Our realtor let us down, as did Carson, with Guild. They made a promise that they refused to keep. I guess they dont need the business.
