The Leaman Team was recommended to me. I was a little apprehensive at first until I talked with Misty Spears. She answered my questions and the process was robust and easy to navigate. Sarah Roppolo was also very helpful through the closing process. Most importantly, Misty and Sarah made sure everything was ready by closing date! I would recommend them friends and family.

My experience with Loan People was fantastic but I think an even bigger indicator of how great they are is that the title company was raving about them. The exact words were "I would work with them any day of the week." Amanda and her team were phenomenal. I apprceiated the team approach, the ease of communication and zero issues reaching them on phone when email would not suffice. Start to finish it was a terrific process.
