Daniel is incredible. It sounds clich, but run, don't walk to him for your home purchase. We have worked with him on two separate home purchases and I wouldn't hesitate to work with him again in the future. He brings a ton of experience to the table, is clear and direct in his communication, and will work day and night to get the job done. He doesn't hesitate to pick up the phone to clarify something and he helps keep you sane throughout the process. I could keep going. He's the GOAT.

Daniel is very thorough in the prep work to line up a lender, so when its time to put an offer in he really shines. Great representative and got the job done with our offer on the table. Youll be very happy to have him working for you.

Daniel was so easy to work with. He was very understanding of my special timing needs due to credit freezes I placed because of years of being a target for identity theft. He is incredibly responsive which is essential when buying a home. Beyond that he is just a genuinely nice and helpful person. This was a vastly better experience working with him than with the folks I used to buy my previous home nearly two decades ago. I felt a personal connection where he was there to guide me through the process so I was not just another application. This has actually been an enjoyable experience and when I need to purchase again I will only use him moving forward. Lastly lets chat about speed- my offer was accepted 12/18/23. We are closing 1/5/24 (thats with Christmas and New Years sandwiched in there too). If you are needing a loan, look no further. Daniel is the person to call.

Okay so this review is going to read like I was paid to do it but let me assure that is not the case. Daniel is one of the nicest down to business Mortgage Brokers there is. I never used a Mortgage Broker before but he came highly recommended and now I see why. Daniel worked to get me the best rate he could and didnt stop until he got it. He also knows his stuff and if he doesnt then hell get an answer for you. He was all over the process for two VA Mortgages and what I could and couldnt do while explaining the whys in a language I understood. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain in working with Daniel. Daniel is also going to keep an eye on interest rates and contact me when he can lock in better rates so I can refinance. While its not really a buyers market, sometimes life happens and we have no choice but to buy when the market is the way it is. Thank you Daniel for everything you did for me. Your my guy as long as your a Mortgage Broker!
