Ken is a highly knowledgable mortgage advisor and an excellent teacher. His communication with myself, my wife, our title company and realtor were above and beyond. My wife and I started working with Ken about six months before we purchased our home. Due to the circumstances of our deal, we had an extremely short time frame to close on the house after we went under contract. Ken was not only able to close in time, but three days ahead of the original closing date. Without him it wouldn't have been possible.
