Helen martinez is unprofessional working with me asking for online access of my account and holding me from finishing my work because i didnt provide that. I think she might be a scammer if the dhi didnt find a solution to her unethical and unprofessional way of dealing with customers

--------------------------- EDIT ---------------------------------- I've changed my review from one to three stars. After my initial frustration, my account was handled by the manager and eventually sorted out. They really took a honest and concerted approach to solving the problem and in the was able to smoothly finish out the transaction. Having just closed on the house, I am happy to say that DHI Mortage was able to sort it out. I trust Tim and Norma, who helped me in the second part of the process, they are knowledgeable and kind. The only disclaimer is that if you are dealing with a foreign wire transfer be prepared to provide a lot of paperwork and add extra time to your closing to account for this. This is not DHI's fault. ---------------------------- ORIGINAL ------------------------------- If I could give negative stars I would. The sheer level of frustration that the closing on my house has given me is enough to take years off my life. It is like the people that work at this place have never seen numbers in their life. The cash at closing seems to be changing all the time, the person that I have been dealing with directly (Kaylin) cannot answer a single question without checking with a supervisor. My closing date has been moved and there looks to be no ending in sight, everything is ready except the mortgage papers. I wish somebody else was handling closing/mortgage
