Laura came highly recommended as the guru of Austin real estate market when I was looking to buy my first home in 2006. And guru she is! While she worked tirelessly on my behalf in price negotiations and contract details, she made the experience stress free for me. Before I knew it, it was time to sign the papers and I was given the keys to my first home!
When time came to sell that same home in 2023 I knew who to call. Laura, again, came through like a real estate super hero. When my brothers and I sold family property, I decided to reinvest my share into rental properties in the Austin area. I sought the advice of Laura Duggan at West Austin Properties. She has been in the business a long time and knows the Austin market. Our first visit with Laura left no doubt that she had the ability to help with this investment.
Because these properties were to be part of a 1031 exchange, I had to find the properties and reinvest within a strict timeline. Laura not only found properties that met my expectations and criteria, but we were able to close within a comfortable timeline well within the deadline criteria. They have increased in value, and with Lauras help and recommendations, I have been able to lease them successfully.
