Ashley was completely present for me end-to-end on this deal. She was in constant communication with me, providing incremental updates frequently which kept my mind at ease while navigating the purchasing process. She was always available when I had questions and ultimately led us over the finish line to a smooth and uneventful closing. Ashley is the best! We were incredibly anxious about starting the home-buying process, especially as first-time buyers, and a coworker recommended her to me. She was honest and understanding from the very beginning. We went from being curious about what are options were in February, to owning a new build house with the Austin greenbelt passing through our backyard in a great community in early July! Everyone she knows through her connections is so helpful and informative throughout the way. The home-buying process has honestly been enjoyable thanks to Ashley. She is very reliable, works hard, and we just cant say enough good things about her.
