We were referred to Alex by a friend when we started house hunting and were so glad we enlisted him to be our real estate agent. He got to working right away to find homes in our criteria and immediately began setting appointments for viewing. Even though I consider myself knowledgeable enough and well researched, I was still incredibly nervous as first time home buyers. Alex was super responsive and took his time in explaining the buying process. He helped us through the ins and outs with the builder and we relied on him to flag any problematic clauses in the contract. Additionally, he referred us from his network a fantastic mortgage broker who was able to get us a great loan structure. I am now writing this review from the couch in our sweet new living room looking out to a great view of the sky over our own backyard. Thanks to Alex for being so easy to work with. We would recommend him without hesitation to anyone looking to purchase a new home!

We were moving from San Jose, CA to Austin, TX area and its a huge transition and many unknowns. I was referred to Alex by a co-worker who was in a similar situation. Alex and his team helped us to look for a home and got us into contract in few short weeks, without having to be on-site first! He went above and beyond and gave us many advices and recommendations for our family needs, especially about our kids high school and after school activities. I dont recall any texted questions where it took even 5 minutes for him to respond. He had answers and was very knowledgeable about the housing market there. The whole process was stress-free. He knows a lot of contractors as well for any home improvements although I havent had to use them yet. Very patient, friendly, and professional. We highly recommend Alex for your real estate needs.
