We are glad we chose Gabby and Chad for our first home purchase. Gabby had the patience for our first-time buyer questions and drove all over the outer rural areas of Austin as we narrowed our search and requirements. Chad led final negotiations that ended with an excellent price and equity at signing which is really something in todays Austin housing market.
