Brain was great! VERY proactive about searching for industrial rental spots to fit our needs. He even called me back to have a brief prelim chat about my needs while he was on vacation. He knew all the possible issues with my particular trade (carpentry and cabinet fabrication) so we didn't waste time on properties that would not rent to us. Anyways I highly recommend Brian at ATX warehouse and will use again.
