Austin Mobile Mechanic ATX

I was having issues with my gear shift on my motorcycle not aligning correctly preventing me from shifting past 3rd. Mechanic showed up at 10pm. Walked around the bike and jiggled the gear shift and siad its something internal and would need to break apart the engine. I said no because its was pitch black out. My neighbor approached later and said he saw us last might and looked at my bike. He fixed the issue in 5 minutes. I was charged $85 for a guess.

They were absolutely amazing treated me with respect, was veryunderstanding of my situation and tried to save me the best money possible and went above and beyond to make sure that I made it back home safe.

Communication with your customers is #1 and they're probably the worst I've ever experienced.I'm not saying anything that I didn't communicate to their face and they know this is an issue. They Identified problems in my car, recommended fixes, those fixes needed more fixes and since it was a hot summer day, the worker would call it a day. The only part that was unacceptable is that he would leave without telling me and left my wheel unattached in the parking lot. I took my wheel inside so it would not get stolen. When I needed to know what time they would show up, it was always unreliable. They have too many jobs and not enough man power. I had another Mobile Mechanic look at their work, the part they got wasn't of quality and certain screws and connections in the engine weren't done.These guys were an expensive mistake, I'm trying to save future customers alot of headaches.

Called at 3:30pm. They said they would have someone to me by 5:30pm. Confirmed around 4:00pm. Didnt hear from them until I called around 6:00pm to see where they were at. I was told the mechanic didnt have the money to bring a $30 part and was just going to cancel. By that time, every other place was closed. Left stranded because they guys didnt want to even tell me they werent coming.
