I've had a extremely negative experience working with Salma Manzur. Rude and unprofessional are the first words that come to mind. I am a tenant moving out of a rental home, and she is the realtor who will be showcasing the home for the next resident. Salma describes herself as 'authentic' and 'direct', but she is condescending, doesn't respect boundaries, and had a crazy power trip as she 1. showed up to my home unannounced on a weekend - luckily I wasn't home 2. Without permission, touched/moved my belongings to stage the home for photos, and broke a house hold item with glass shards spreading all over the floor. She did minimal clean up and left behind a huge liability. I am genuinely frightened of her to step foot inside my household again, and this shouldn't be her line of work if this is how she treats people.

As a first time home buyer , the process can be overwhelming .However , I am so happy Kay was my Realtor . Kay provided me guidance and the best options in the Market . She maintained communication at all times (text , phone ,in person and e-mail ) . I appreciated her Honesty , professionalism , and knowledge. She made sure to reach out to other parties (builder ,loan officer , studio etc) .Kay made sure everything was getting done in a timely manner . She was my voice when I was shy to speak up .Honestly ,my experience with Kay was fantastic . Plus, her positive personality and kindness is a bonus . I strongly recommend Kay Hernandez :) shes Amazing !
